Waterfox operates under UK GDPR. The browser collects no telemetry. Update checks send only your browser version, language, and OS. No browsing data is collected or stored on Waterfox servers. If you use Waterfox Sync through a Mozilla account, that data is stored encrypted by Mozilla. BrowserWorks Ltd says it collects only the minimum needed to deliver browser updates.
